# Envoy

> The country-team preparation a career ambassador gets for free — research, dossiers, protocol, and a full rehearsal of the conversation — for a private principal who has none. For politically-active donors and prospective U.S. State Department appointees traveling abroad.

## What it does

- Researches **who you should meet** in a foreign capital and ranks counterparts against your goal.
- Builds an **open-source, source-cited dossier** on each counterpart — public facts about public figures, every claim cited with a last-verified date. Not opposition research, not surveillance.
- Generates a **briefing book** and **protocol guidance** (forms of address, gifts, precedence, sensitivities), and assembles a **trip program**.
- **Rehearses the real conversation** — role-plays each counterpart (and confirmation-hearing-style questioners) so you walk in having already had the meeting.
- Enforces a compliance spine as the moat: a **blocking OFAC/PEP sanctions screen** before any dossier or meeting, a **FARA inversion detector**, **Logan-Act steering** (facilitate, never negotiate), appointee **ethics/gift screening**, **human approval** on every government-official introduction, and an **immutable, tamper-evident "who-introduced-whom" audit log** that protects the principal if their activity is ever questioned.
